Conceptual, Methodological and Practical Guide. Arrancando mitos de raíz, co-written by Isar Godreau and various collaborators, provides conceptual tools to understand racism in Puerto Rican society, while offering practical recommendations to confront it, especially in the school context and through primary education. As a product of a long-term, collective, and interdisciplinary research project, the text offers concrete suggestions (exercises, curriculum proposals, practical scenarios, and over 100 resources) that will allow its readers –especially teachers– to discuss and teach our African heritage from an alternative and antiracist perspective.
